A friend of mine let me borrow this book, and I’m finding it really useful. There are so many things to think about whether I want or don’t want. And in the end, you can only plan so much before nature takes its course and kinda decides for you. As much as I might say I want to avoid an epidural or getting induced, it ultimately comes down to the health of the baby (well, and me). So the best thing I’ve found is just to hear from other mothers about their birth experience, what went as planned and what didn’t, and what advice you’d have for someone who is about to go through this process.
