Apparently “your baby can now squint, frown, grimace, pee, and possibly suck his thumb”… which is a fun thing I never thought to ask. A baby doesn’t just start filling a diaper the minute they are out of the womb, no no… they are using my womb as a diaper for now. Fun!!
Also, “the top of your uterus is a bit above your pubic bone, which may be enough to push your tummy out a tad. Starting to show can be quite a thrill, giving you and your partner visible evidence of the baby you’ve been waiting for.” Well, I’m certainly starting to show, but I’m still waiting for the day where I appear pregnant, and not just like I’ve had a few too many late night ice cream sundaes.
