It’s hard to believe that he can fit in there, although if you look at the size of my stomach right now… maybe the question I should be asking myself is more so how he is going to get OUT of there.
My little baby is not so little. He is almost five pounds by now (think cantaloupe) and 18 inches long. There isn’t much that is going to happen over the next few weeks except him fattening up, and I’m sure the holiday meals are going to help with that.
The biggest changes seem to be going on with my body more than the baby’s body. I’ve become severely exhausted again. It could be hormonal or it could be the fact I get little to no sleep. I’m developing a waddle… I think my hips are actually widening, or there is basketball between my legs when I walk. I’m also pretty sure that the baby dislocated my rib with his increasingly frequent and hard kicks!!
Major milestones over the past month or so:
Time is going by unbelievably quick!! With the busy season ahead for holidays and last minute baby stuff, I’m afraid that this might be our last blog posting before the “big day”, especially if that big day arrives before it is supposed to.
